The new Upper-Arm with the Mini-Hub instead of the Bike-Hub.  The Mini-Hub provides
a dramatic reduction in weight and size.   This small hub has two bearings, so it will provide
smooth motion.  In fact, the bearings are from a bike-shop.  If one took a bike hub and removed
all the outer shell, you'd end up with 2 bearings and a shaft.  This Mini-Hub is effectively that,
except I didn't destroy a good bike hub.
